Talk about a paradoxical situation eh. While the brain itself cannot feel pain, it is the organism in the body which creates the sensation of pain. It does so by having electrical impulses sent from the site of injury, up the spine and into the brain where those impulses are turned into pain signals that are sent back to the injury site. So because the brain would not need to send the signals to itself, it simply does not have them.

This is so wild that the person himself did not even know the truth about himself. It makes you wonder doesn’t it. With so many babies being kept in the same place after birth, how does this kind of thing not happen more often. Well, heck, it might but who would think to get the genetics of the baby you are given right after you give birth.
